Pão de Açúcar
Pao de Açúcar in Rio de Janeiro is a hill that rises almost 400 meters above Guanabara Bay. It is located in the Urca neighborhood and it is said that this sweet name would come from the way sugar cane was piled up to transport it by the old merchants of the 16th century. This mound is, along with Christ the Redeemer, the main symbol of Rio de Janeiro. (by riodejaneiro.es)
